AIM’s RFID Regulatory Database
Doing business in RFID?
Need information regarding RFID, real time locating systems (RTLS), and wireless telecommunications regulations from around the work?
The RFID Regulatory Database may be just for you. The RFID Regulatory Database is a continuously-maintained catalog of the radio regulatory requirements for radio frequency identification (RFID) for those nations in the world where RFID is or may be employed.
For each of the countries and each of the study frequencies, the database identifies:
the primary user of each
the availability for RFID
the maximum possible output power
the required duty cycle
the bandwidth permitted
the channel spacing required
other possible restrictions
future plans for the frequency band as far as they are available for RFID, and where appropriate, RFDC and RLANs
the primary and alternate contacts in each radio regulatory administration and we provide complete contact details along with a list of the appropriate regulatory documents.
At the close of 2009, 115 countries are included in the database. This database is under continual update and revisions are distributed twice a year to the primary subscriber contact.
Frequencies included are:
50 - 140 kHz
7.4 - 8.8 MHz
13.56 MHz
315 MHz
433.92 MHz
862 - 928 MHz
2450 MHz
5850 MHz
Access to the database is available on a subscription basis to members and non-members.
Members: $5,000 for a 10-year subscription
Non-Members: $7,500 for a 10-year subscription
