Please also see below for under 13's privacy policy. Under 13's Privacy Policy If you are under the age of 13, this privacy poicy is for you and your parents. It explains how we may use information that we may request from you, and how you or your parents may alter that information. It applies only to this web site, and no other web site out of our control. Personal Information We will ask you for your name and email address when you first sign up to a newsletter. We will also ask you for the email address of a parent of a guardian to notify them of your registration with us. We may also ask a parent for more information when they make a request to us concerning the information we hold about you. We are required by law to request the email address of a parent or guardian at the time of your newsletter registration. We will use this address to notify your parent or guardian that you have asked us to send you newsletters at various intervals. The information we request from you is used to enable us to know who you are and which newsletters you wish to receive. If you ask us to send you some important information to enable you to login to the website, we may ask for more details to verify your identity, but will delete these details as soon as we have sent you the information you requested. COPPA - Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Children under 13 that want to register for newsletters on this site are not required by COPPA to have parents' permission to complete the registration process. However, COPPA regulations request that we notify a parent of this registration, and in doing so we provide parents' with the opportunity to refuse registration of the child. In addition, parents may revoke their consent at any time by emailing techsupport@aimglobal.org, or by clicking the link in the email sent to them at the time of registration. Any user under 13 found to be in breach of this practice will be removed from our system. We will not ask any one under 13, or anyone else who wishes to take part in further activity on this website, to dislcose any more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity. Cookies Our newsletter service does not use cookies. Making changes or deleting your information You may unsubscribe from our newsletter service and thereby delete your information by visiting our 'Newsletter Subscription' page. We have provided you the facitilty to unsubscribe by entering your email address in the box marked 'Unsubscribe'. You will then receive a confirmation email, in which there is a link. Click on the link in the email to confirm you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter system. We won't send you any more emails after you click this link. You or your parents may change or delete any information we hold about you at any time by emailing us at techsupport@aimglobal.org.
